Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the user (“Customer”) and GIZMO service (“Company”), effective upon acceptance. The Company agrees to provide fuel delivery services under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and any attachments hereto.

Customer agrees to receive fuel delivery from the Company at the specified location and time and to pay for the services according to the Company’s then-current price schedule. The price charged for fuel will be based on the current rates on the day of delivery, not the day of booking, ensuring pricing reflects real-time market conditions.

The Company requires a pre-authorization hold of $125 per vehicle, with a maximum of $1,000 for requests involving more than five vehicles. In the event of cancellation, a fee of $25 will be charged to cover the costs associated with the scheduled service preparation.
